Fulton County Authorities Make Drug Arrests
Authorities in Fulton County say one community is seeing an up-tick in incidents related to one form of illegal drug, but they've been able to arrest someone accused of having and trying to sell the substance.

The West Central Illinois Drug Task Force says 26 year old Brandon Mundine of Peoria, and 42 year old Kerrie McDonald of Canton, were arrested yesterday -- Mundine on charges of Unlawful Delivery of Cocaine, and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver, and McDonald on a single charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The Task Force doesn't say specifically where or when the arrest happened except that it was yesterday, but they do say that Mundine allegedly sold crack cocaine to task force agents.

They also say that Mundine allegedly had over five grams of crack cocaine on her, and McDonald is believed to have had some as well.

The two are being held in the Fulton County jail pending future court hearings.

Mundine was also found to be wanted on a Peoria County warrant, also on drug charges.

State Police based in Macomb, and Canton Police officers, are believed to have assisted in the investigation.
