Grand Jury Files More Child Porn Charges
A London Mills man faces additional charges in Knox County for taking sexually-explicit photographs of a young girl and having sexual contact with the girl earlier this year.

Knox County Circuit Court records indicate a grand jury Monday indicted 26-year old James Laird on charges including two-counts of aggravated child pornography, and single counts of aggravated unlawful possession of child pornography, child pornography, and unlawful possession of child pornography.

Laird and a second suspect -- 25-year old Jenna Riden -- are accused of having sexual contract in various forms with a female under the age of 13 between June and November of last year, and of taking photographs of the girl.

Riden faces five-counts of Aggravated Child Pornography and counts of Child Pornography, along with with counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault, Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault Accountability, and Criminal Sexual Assault.

Laird already faced similar charges.

Laird will appear in court tomorrow afternoon, while Riden will be in court Monday morning.

The two, if convicted in court, could face as much as 60 years in prison on some of the charges.
