Alexis Woman Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash
An accident early Saturday morning claimed the life of a Warren County woman.

Reports indicate 21-year old Elizabeth "Betsy" Caslin of Alexis died in the crash near Alexis in Mercer County around 3 a-m after her vehicle went off the road. The Mercer County Sheriff's Department handled the crash, which authorities say is still under investigation.

Caslin was a 2005 graduate of United High School and was employed at OSF St. Mary Medical Center.

Mass of Christian Burial for Betsy Caslin will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a-m at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Alexis. Friends may call after 3 p-m Monday at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel in Alexis, where the family will be present from 5 to 8 p-m.
