Scenic Drive by Chocolate
Two Galesburg women say they decided to use the Knox County Scenic Drive to formally kick off a new home based business...and you might say the results were sweet.

Trisha Turley and Connie Kramer work together, and decided to go into business together, calling their operation "Sweet Temptations." They were selling home made chocolate, candies, and baked goods among other things at a site in downtown Knoxville.

Turley tells WGIL 30 years of baking experience is almost all that was needed to start up...

"We did it for family and friends and then one day a friend was like, "Why don't you start your own business?" So here we are."

Turley tells WGIL between the drive's two weekends, the two have done pretty well.

"The first weekend we were here, we sold out of almost every thing, so this week we've been really really busy making the whole thing over."

Turley says the two have been working on their business plan for about the past six months, and are looking to expand somewhat, through a website and a Facebook page "Sweet Temptations by C and T" have set up.
