Three Identified After Fulton County Crash
The driver of an SUV and two passengers inside a van are dead following a crash on Illinois 9 in Fulton County Tuesday morning.

The Fulton County Sheriffs Department says the SUV was traveling westbound when it crossed the center lane into oncoming traffic. They say the SUV hit the van heading eastbound, and caught fire after impact.

Sheriffs deputies say the fiery crash occurred around 8 AM on Illinois 9 near the town of Monterey, between Banner and Canton. The Fulton County Coroner pronounced the SUV's driver, 25 year old Kenneth Crosno of Canton, dead at the scene. Also pronounced dead were van passengers, 49 year old Ramona Hickman and 51 year old Martha Lindsey, both of Canton.

They say the 13 passengers inside the van were from the the Tazewell County Resource Center. This center serves the developmentally disabled and those with vision problems.

Deputies say two people in the van were airlifted to a Peoria hospital for treatment, including the driver 48 year old Donna Tucker. and the rest were observed at nearby hospitals.
