Fight at Quick Sam's Draws Crowd
Police responded to a reported fight at Quick Sam's on South Academy Street, Saturday.

Officers arrived on scene just after 3 a-m where a crowd of about 35 were standing.

According to witnesses, a fight had broken out after a man attempted to back over a woman with his car.

The woman swung a squeegee and broke the back window glass on the vehicle.

Many in the group scattered according to the report with some observers shouting "He's got a gun."

According to witnesses, an unidentified man had apparently discharged two rounds in the air.

Authorities ordered the driver and passengers out of the vehicle with the broken window to perform a search.

A subcompact pistol was discovered near the incident along with a live bullet round.

The suspect is wanted for reckless discharge of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.
