FIRST REPORTED 4:00pm 11/19/12 Judge James Stewart found probable cause against 33 year old Lakeesha Smith Monday in Knox County Court.

Smith is accused of hitting and subsequently killing Knox College student Tundun Lawani in October of this year on South Street near the Knox College campus.

She faces charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Death, Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Reckless Homicide.

Detective Mark McLoughlin testified during cross examination Monday and said there is no direct video tape of the accident from Knox College.
