Where's Rod?
It has been 10 days since Gov. Rod Blagojevich was arrested and so far he hasn't publicly addressed accusations against him.

But despite the allegations against him, Blagojevich continues to "do the peoples' work," his spokesman says. While in his Chicago office, the governor signed a bill that deals with proper licensing of medical doctors. Spokesman Lucio Guerrero says the bill is one which expires every two years. Blagojevich also has acted on 60 clemency cases, some of them denied, according to Guerrero.

Guerrero says Blagojevich continues to review additional clemency petitions as well as legislation.

Meanwhile, in Springfield, the House Impeachment Committee continues its business. Guerrero maintains that the governor has no plans to head to Springfield.

Blagojevich was arrested Dec. 9, accused of shaking down people for campaign donations and scheming to sell appointment to the U.S. Senate.
