Blago Lawyers: We Want Evidence
Lawyers for Gov. Rod Blagojevich say they will fight for the governor whether they get paid or not.

Samuel Adam Jr., one of the defense attorneys on Blagojevich's legal team, says they are still waiting to receive copies or transcripts of the undercover tapes made by the FBI. The tapes allegedly captured the governor trying to shake down people for campaign contributions and scheming to sell a U.S. Senate seat to the highest bidder.

"We've been asking for the documents, we've been asking for the tapes, we've been asking for the witnesses...we have not gotten that," Adam said. "I guarantee you when those tapes come out, and they're not just 15-second snippets that an agent who sits down in an office somewhere pulls out what he thinks is bad, when we get to it you're gonna find out the truth on these conversations."

Adam also said that whether he gets paid or not, he's in it with [Blagojevich] all the way."
