Woman Killed In Route 34 Accident Near Cameron Road Overpass
A Mercer County woman is dead following an accident in Warren County.

State Police in Macomb say the crash happened just after 8 a-m Tuesday on U-S Highway 34, about a mile and a half east of Cameron Road.

Troopers say a car driven by 23-year old Amber Henshaw of Keithsburg was eastbound when it slid on some ice and snow on the road, causing it to land in a ditch on a grass median.

Warren County Coroner Bill Underwood pronounced Henshaw dead a short time later. Troopers say she was wearing a seat belt.

Warren County Sheriffs Deputies aided state troopers at the scene, along with the Monmouth Fire Department and the Central Warren Fire Protection District.
