"Room at the Inn" For Those Visiting Loved Ones Over the Holidays
Galesburg's Fairfield Inn by Marriott is participating again in a "Room in the Inn" program. This program offers hotel rooms at no cost to our guests coming to visit loved ones in area hospitals, nursing homes and treatment centers on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve.

Tharaldson Lodging Company, which operates the Galesburg Fairfield Inn, began their tradition of the "Room in the Inn" program in 1988. "We understand the financial stress of having family in a care facility and by offering free rooms to those in need, we hope to make it a little easier for families to get together during the holidays," the company said in a news release.

Tharaldson says they are one of the largest independent hotel development and management companies in the United States, currently operating over 200 hotels in 30 states. For more information about the "Room in the Inn" program, contact the General Manager at the Fairfield Inn in Galesburg, 309-344-1911.
