IL Teen Falls Through Ice While Fishing, Dies
GLASFORD, Ill. (AP) -- A 15 year old boy who fell through the ice at a central Illinois marsh while fishing with his father has died.

Michael Hallor of Canton died Wednesday morning.
He and his father fell into the water at the Banner Marsh State Fish and Wildlife Area in Glasford on Tuesday.

Authorities say witnesses had already pulled 43 year old Frank Hallor out of the water when officers arrived.

But it took rescuers 90 minutes to pull his son out of the water. Divers found him about 15 feet below the surface.

He was revived and survived through the night as doctors attempted to raise his core body temperature.

Guadalupe Arteaga of the Timber Hollis Fire Department said the teen's body temperature was about 20 degrees lower than normal.

Frank Hallor's condition wasn't immediately available.
