One Arrest Made in Suspected Henderson County Home Invasion
Henderson County Sheriffs Deputies say a Mercer County man is in custody of the U-S Marshals for his alleged involvement in Tuesday morning's Bald-Bluff Township home invasion.

Sheriff Steve Haynes says 25-year old Joshua Davis was arrested Wednesday in East Moline. He says the Joy native is being charged with two counts of home invasion, armed robbery and residential burglary.

Authorities allege Davis and another man invaded a Bald-Bluff home around 1am Tuesday morning and pistol whipped a 59-year old woman, her adult daughter, and another man.

All there were hospitalized with head trauma and facial bruises. Their current conditions are unknown.

Deputies say a gun was fired during Tuesday morning's exchange, and an unknown amount of cash was taken from the home.

Reports indicate Davis' bond has been set at a half a million dollars and a second arrest is pending.
