Former Galesburg Man Arrested for Galva Shooting
A former Galesburg man is in custody in Henry County in connection with a shooting late Friday night.

State Police in East Moline say 24 year old Otha Anderson was arrested Sunday evening at Galesburg Cottage Hospital on a Class-X felony charge of Home Invasion.

Troopers say Galva and State Police along with a Henry County Sheriffs Deputy all responded to a home in the 400 block of East Division Street in Galva just before 11 pm Friday.

Not much else is being revealed about the shooting, except that two people were wounded in the incident with both being treated at Kewanee Hospital.

The State Police say their investigation is not done, but anyone with information is being asked to call the Henry County Crime Stoppers hotline.

Anderson was convicted in Henry County in 2010 on a charge of Home Invasion and was sentenced to two years in prison.

Knox County court records aren't available.
