Jacob Michael Nelson, infant son of Christopher Marc Nelson and Amanda Carol Summers of Galesburg, was stillborn at 10:19 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2011 in Galesburg Cottage Hospital.
He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Ed and Cindy Summers of Alpha, Ill. and Janet Nelson of Galesburg; great grandparents, John and Susie Edmund of Alpha and Cecelia Summers of Cambridge, Ill; and several aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Theodore Nelson.
Funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2011 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Pastor Jim Shannon and Mrs. Eleanor Landon will officiate. Visitation will be 1 to 1:30 p.m. Monday at the chapel. Burial will be in Henderson Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com. |
