VICKI J. SCHULTZ, age 49, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 3:50 P.M. on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at her residence in Galesburg, Illinois.
She was born on April 7, 1961 in Galesburg, Illinois, the daughter of Jerry R. and Sandra L. Wolf Schultz.
Surviving are:
Mother: Sandra Schultz of Galesburg, Illinois
Daughter: Sandra Lyn Delgado
Sister: Wendy J. (Jerry) Merrill of Ottumwa, Iowa
Brother: Michael P. Schultz of Galesburg, Illinois
Preceded in death by her father
She was raised and educated in Galesburg, Illinois graduating from Galesburg High School in 1979. She worked as a cook at the former Ike and Sheryl's Restaurant in Galesburg, Illinois for 10 years. She enjoyed gardening and fishing.
Cremation Rites will be accorded.
Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Foundation.
