Val V. Pshenychny, 53, of Galesburg, died at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at home.
Val was born on July 5, 1958 in Ukraine, the son of Vladimir and Anna (Homenko) Pshenychny. He married Natalya Ugneva on January 27, 1984 in Ukraine. Val is survived by his wife, Natalya of Galesburg; two daughters, Tanya and Anya both of Chicago; his mother, Anna of Ukraine; and a brother, Oleg of Ukraine. Natalya and the girls moved the United States in 1994. He followed in 1995. He became a US citizen on November 17, 2011. Val had been working at Midstate Manufacturing for 15 years. His hobby was making air guns, and owns two air gun patents. Val enjoyed grilling out.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Private family memorial services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Funeral Home, Galesburg. |
