Margery E. Moore Turner, age 95, of Galesburg, Illinois formerly of Oneida, Illinois died on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 5:05 A.M. at Rosewood Care Center in Galesburg, Illinois.
She was born on April 27, 1915 in Ontario, Illinois, the daughter of Charles and Albertina Nelson Krantz.
She married Fred W. Moore on August 22, 1934 in Macomb, Illinois.
He preceded her in death on December 18, 1982.
She then married R. Glenn Turner on July 5, 1986 in Oneida, Illinois.
He preceded her in death on November 29, 1988.

Daughter: Janice Edwards of Galesburg, Illinois
Son: Rollie (Fran) Moore of Oneida, Illinois
Stepdaughter: Becky (Joe) Stark of St. Joseph, Illinois
Stepsons: Harvey (Laura) Turner of Amboy, Illinois and Bill (Debbie) Turner of Oneida, Illinois
Eight Grandchildren; Eleven Great Grandchildren and
One Great Great Granddaughter
Eleven Stepgrandchildren, Twenty-Two Step Great Grandchildren and
One Step Great Great Grandchild
Preceded in death by her parents, husbands, one son: Charles (Jerry) Moore;
Son-In-Law: David Edwards and Stepdaughter: Barb Hepner
She was raised and educated in Oneida, Illinois graduating from Oneida High School.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the United Church of Oneida and a former member of the Ontario Congregational Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and served as organist.
She was a member of the Knox County Farm Bureau, Oneida Senior Citizens; and Ontario Women's League.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Hurd Hendricks Funeral Home and Crematory in Oneida, Illinois with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M. Rev. David Pyell officiating. Burial in Ontario Cemetery in rural Oneida, Illinois.
