Rena K. Kreoger, age 93, of Galesburg, Illinois died on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 11:25 A.M. at Heartland Health Care Center in Galesburg, Illinois.
She was born on December 31, 1916 in Crawford County, Kansas, the daughter of Leopold and Mary K. Rolando Pouche.
She married Roland L. "Rollie" Kroeger on October 22, 1961 in Galesburg, Illinois.
He preceded her in death on May 1, 2007.
Surviving are:
Daughters: Mary L. Partigianoni of Galesburg, Illinois and Frances Colvin of Las Vegas, Nevada
Five Grandchildren and Eight Great Grandchildren
Three Great Great Grandchildren
Sister: Dorothy (Robert) Wilbur of Galesburg, Illinois
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister: Anna Soderquist
She was raised and educated in East Galesburg, Illinois.
She was a homemaker and clerked in grocery stores in the area.
She attended the First Christian Church in Galesburg, Illinois.
She loved to play bingo.
Graveside Memorial Services will be held on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Knoxville Cemetery in Knoxville, Illinois. Rev. Martha-Jean Fitch officiating.
There will be no visitation.
