Timothy Lee "Moch" Morris, age 53, of Galesburg, Illinois, died on Friday, July 2, 2010 at 11:20 A.M. at his residence.
He was born on June 18, 1957 in Galesburg, Illinois, the son of William A. and Doris J. Carlton Morris.
Surviving are:
Son: Justin A. Morris of Galesburg, Illinois;
Brother: Steve Arthur Morris of Abingdon, Illinois;
Sister: Judy Knutson.
Preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Barbara and Cathy.
He was raised and educated in the Galesburg, Illinois area and attended truck driving school in St. Louis, Missouri.
He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era from September 24, 1974 until October 8, 1980. He served on the USS Mount Whitney.
He drove a mail truck in the Knox County, Illinois area.
His # 1 enjoyment was fishing.
Cremation Rites will be accorded.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 11, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the Hurd Hendricks Funeral Home and Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois with Fellowship following at Budde's Pizza & Spirits, 425 E Main Street, Galesburg, Illinois from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M.
Inurnment to be held at a later date.
