James LeRoy "Ozzy" Osborne, Jr., 40, of RR Roseville died Sunday, August 8, 2010.
He was born on July 29, 1970 in Galesburg.
He is survived by two daughters, Jeana Osborne of Abingdon and Jennifer Osborne of Bartlett, Tennessee; his girlfriend, Missy Sargeant and her daughters Jade & Justice Sargeant; his parents, Mary Jo and Homer Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two brothers, Homer Smith of Monmouth and Hans Smith of Berwick; one sister, Mandy Mowen of Berwick.
Cremation will be accorded. Memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, August 13, 2010 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club, 431 N. 11th St. Monmouth. Rev. Tom Smith will officiate.
