Costello, Robert Frank
Robert Frank "Bob" Costello, age 72, of Wataga, Illinois died at 4:50 A.M. on Monday, August 15, 2011 at his home in Wataga, Illinois.

He was born on March 21, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Anthony G. and Doris Trump Costello.

He married Dolores Marie "Dee" Miller Coe on February 13, 1986 in Dundee, Illinois.
She survives of Wataga, Illinois.

Also surviving are: Daughters: Courtney L. Coe of Longmont, Colorado;Dr. Quinn (Nathan) King of East Galesburg, Illinois; Sons: David Coe of Sleepy Hollow, Illinois;Adam Coe of Centreville, Virginia; One Granddaughter: Olivia King of East Galesburg, Illinois; Preceded in death by his parents; one sister: Dorothy Johnson and one brother: Anthony Costello
He was raised and educated in Chicago, Illinois graduating from Lane Tech High School.
He served in the United States Army from April 5, 1957 until April 4, 1960.

He worked for Motorola, Inc for 27 years, in Chicago and later Schaumburg, lllinois retiring as office manager; then worked for Pioneer Seed Company in Woodhull, Illinois for 8 years and then worked for Hurd Hendricks Funeral Home in Knoxville and Oneida, Illinois for 10 years.

He moved from Crystal Lake, Illinois to Wataga, Illinois in 1994.

He was of the Lutheran faith.

He was a member of Wataga Fire and First Responders; sexton for Sparta Township Cemeteries; treasurer and member of Wataga Lions Club; volunteer and usher at the Orpheum Theater in Galesburg, Illinois; member of the Fishing Derby Committee; member of More on 34 and a member of the National Guard.

Cremation Rites will be accorded.

There will be no services. Memorials may be made to the Wataga Fire Department, Fisher House Foundation or the Galesburg Rescue Mission. Hurd Hendricks Funeral Home and Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois in charge of arrangements.
