Hazel M. Giddings, age 95, of Monmouth, Ill., passed away at 10:11pm on Friday, September 4th, 2009, at the Rosewood Care Center of Galesburg, Ill.
A funeral service will be at 10:30am on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth.
Hazel's family will be present to receive friends on Tuesday evening September 8, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Turnbulls.
Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park Cemetery, Monmouth.
A memorial fund is being established for the Benwick Baptist Church.
