Bobby Ray Johnson, 58, of Galesburg, died at 7:50 a.m. September 23, 2010 at Galesburg Cottage Hospital.
Bobby was born on August 1, 1952 in Galesburg, the son of Junior Russell and Letha Mae (Rafferty) Johnson. Bobby is survived by two daughters, Angie Slater and Kathy Johnson both of Canton; three brothers, Billy of Oquawka, Russell (and Bonnie) and Jimmy both of Galesburg; and one grandson, Kurtis. He was preceded by a daughter, Laurie, and a son-in-law, Donald Wayne Slater, Jr.
Bobby first worked for Paint Craft in Galesburg. He then worked at National Coatings where he was employed for over 30 years.
Memorial Service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2010 at Watson Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.watsonfh.net. |
