Kilgore-Tabb, Elizabeth A.
Elizabeth A. Kilgore-Tabb died at 1:30 P.M. in the afternoon on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the home of her parents in Galesburg, Illinois.

Elizabeth was born in Aurora, Illinois at Copley Memorial Hospital on March 28, 1958 the daughter Richard E. and Sally Ann Bearden Kohl. She was raised and educated in Galesburg, Illinois, graduating from Galesburg High School. She married Kevin Kilgore who died on April 18, 1981. They had one daughter April Kilgore (Zehr). Later, Elizabeth married Tom W. Tabb on September 8, 1991 in Galesburg, Illinois, he preceded her in death on July 11, 2011.

She is survived by her parents Richard and Sally Kohl, her daughter April (Marc) Zehr and new granddaughter Ava Elizabeth, her brother Jeff (Lori) Kohl and their families and three step-children Neilie, Nolan and Nichole and their families. She also is survived by her Mother and Father-in-law and their Families, brother and sister-in-laws from both marriages.

She loved her step-children and friends very much and was amazed at the loyal support they all gave through her sickness.

Her daughter from Phoenix, Arizona and son-in-law and new baby Ava brought her much pleasure in her last month. Her care givers were her mother and father with the help of many friends and family member and Hospice Compassus.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes & Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois. Rev. Leigh Nygard officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes & Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois. Burial will be at the Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens in Galesburg, Illinois. Fellowship will be at the Hurd-Hendricks Fellowship Center in Knoxville, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Church of God, the Galesburg Rescue Mission or the Charity of the Donors Choice.
