Maliyah Janae Guerrero, 4 weeks, was called home to Heaven at 11:34 a.m. on Friday October 28, 2011.
Maliyah was born September 28, 2011 in Galesburg the daughter of Kimberly Guerrero and Shawn George. Maliyah is survived by her mother, Kimberly of Galesburg; her father, Shawn of Chicago; two brothers, Isaiah Guerrero and Damian Thomas of Galesburg; one sister, Aniyah Guerrero of Galesburg; her maternal Grandparents, Helen Guerrero and Stan Smith both of Galesburg; her paternal grandparents Barbara Sue Allen and Clarence George both of Chicago; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Maliyah was preceded in death by one brother, Jason Guerrero-Snell.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Rev. William Miller, IC officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Watson Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family. |
