David Sizemore, 55, of Galesburg, died at 4:13 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011 in Galesburg Cottage Hospital.
David was born on April 27, 1956 to Jessie Lee and Florence Mae (Guth) Sizemore in Moline, Illinois.
He is survived by his mother, Florence of Galesburg and six sisters and brothers, Nancy Kissel, Earl Sizemore, Donald Sizemore, Jobie Howard, Susan (born Edith) Cantrell, and Hannah Kelsey. He is preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy and sibling lost at birth.
David has lived St. Mary's Square Living Center since July 7, 2004. He worked for KCCDD.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday, October 6, 2011 in Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Rev. Annette Faull will officiate. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel. Cremation will be according following the funeral service. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com. |
