|Tim L. Trout, age 60, of Woodhull, IL, passed away Monday, November 2, 2009, at his home with his family by his side. Services are 10:00 AM Saturday, November 7, 2009, at the Peterson Wallin Knox Funeral Home in Alpha. Burial is in the New Windsor Cemetery. Tim was born June 15, 1949 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania to Stephen and Virginia Madden Trout. He graduated from Mt. Pleasant Senior High School and married his wife of 41 years, Linda Gaffney, July 6, 1968 in Mt. Pleasant, PA.
Tim worked as a glassmaker for L.E. Smith Glass for 5 years prior to moving to Illinois. He was employed at Pioneer Hybrid International in Morton and Woodhull for 35 years. They lived in New Windsor for 24 years where he served several terms on the Village Board and was a volunteer fireman and fire chief.
Survivors include his wife, Linda, 1 daughter Roni Trout and Kevin of Wataga, IL, 2 sons Steve and Tammie Trout of Aledo, T.J. and Jessica Trout of New Windsor, 2 sisters, Annie and Barry Baker of Hecla, Pa., Stephanie Trout of Steubenville, Ohio, 1 brother John and Rebecca Trout of Mt. Pleasant, Pa. And his faithful little dogs Lexi and Shiloh.
His parents, a brother Jerry Trout, an infant son Timothy Jr. and a beautiful granddaughter Timi Lee Ann preceded him in death.
