| Titans' Johnson Unanimous First-Team NFL Selection |
NEW YORK (AP) _ NFL Offensive Player of the year Chris Johnson is the lone unanimous selection to The Associated Press 2009 NFL All-Pro team. The Tennessee Titans running back just became the sixth player in NFL history to rush for over 2,000 yards in a season. He's joined in the backfield by Colts quarterback Peyton Manning, who won an unprecedented fourth Most Valuable Player Award last week. While Johnson received all 50 votes from a nationwide panel of sports writers, San Francisco inside linebacker Patrick Willis, came close with 49. Green Bay cornerback and Defensive Player of the Year Charles Woodson received 48 votes, as did New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis and Oakland punter Shane Lechler.
