| Cubs to Send Gorzelanny to Nationals |
CHICAGO (AP) -- A person familiar with the deal says the Chicago Cubs have agreed to trade pitcher Tom Gorzelanny to the Washington Nationals for prospects.
The person spoke on the condition of anonymity Monday to The Associated Press because Gorzelanny needs to pass a physical scheduled for Tuesday.
MLB.com, citing two unidentified baseball sources, reported outfielder Michael Burgess, right-hander A.J. Morris and left-hander Graham Hicks would be sent to the Cubs as part of the trade.
