CLASS 2A:
@ Rock Island (Alleman):
(5) Mercer County vs. (4) Rockridge - 7:30 p.m.

The Class 3 and 4A regional games begin next Monday night
Galesburg High School's Thiel Gymnasium is one of the regional sites. The first game Monday night (2/15) features the two highest seeds - Dixon and Rock Island - playing for the right to move on to the semifinal round.
Tuesday night's schedule has #1 seed Sterling playing the winner of the Rock Island/Dixon game at 6 p.m. followed by #3 seed Galesburg taking on #2 seed Geneseo at 7:30 for the second straight season. The Silver Streaks beat the Maple Leafs in the semifinals of last season's Rock Island Regional before falling to the Rocks in the championship game. |
