| Galesburg Silver Streak Girls Take Regional Title at Rocky |
In post-season girls basketball action last night, The Silver Streaks took the girls regional title at Rock Island with an 86-51 pounding of Dunlap. The Streaks hit fourteen three point shots as Jessica Lieber led the way with thirty-four points and Sadie Hamilton contributed nineteen. Galesburg will now get set to take on Peoria Richwoods in the Galesburg Sectional on Monday Night at 8:10pm at Thiel Gymnasium.
