The Galesburg Silver Streaks hosted United Township last night and walked away with a victory, beating UT 61-49.
It was the final night for boys class 1A and 2A basketball in Illinois, as the Regional Tournaments begin Monday night. The big game on last night's schedule was played in Monmouth, where the Monmouth-Roseville Titans hosted Rockridge with the West Central Conference (North Division) title on the line. And it was The Titans taking that title with a 70 to 58 win.
