High School Boys Basketball
The Class 1A and 2A final four teams begin their quest for state titles Friday afternoon.
Class 1A
State Finals - Carver Arena:
-Semifinals-

Catlin-Salt Fork (31-1) vs. Lanark Eastland (28-4) - 12:15 p-m
Sesser-Valier (25-9) vs. Madison (23-7) - 1:45 p-m
The winners play for the state title Saturday afternoon at 1:45. The third place game is first at 12:15 p-m.
Class 2A

Peoria Manual (23-7) vs. Breese Central (30-3) - 6:30 p-m
Robinson (25-5) vs. Chicago Hales Franciscan (28-2) - 8:15 p-m
The winners play in the state championship game Saturday night at 8:15. The third place game is first at 6:30 p-m.
Class 3A
@ Ottawa Sectional:
#6 Rock Island (23-6) squares off against #1 Peoria Richwoods (26-2) Friday night in the championship game. The winner moves on to the DeKalb Supersectional to play the winner of the Hampshire Sectional final between Oswego and DeKalb.
