The Galesburg Silver Streaks softball team swept a double-header from Richwoods in Peoria Saturday.
GHS took the first game 8-3. Jordan Marshall went 3-4 with a home run a double & 4 rbi. The Streaks won the second 9-4. Kaylee Mesecher was the winning pitcher in both games. Galesburg will be back in action Monday afternoon at Dunlap with a 4:30 start.
The GHS sophomores split their double-header winning the first 8-3. Desiree Coleman had a basses loaded triple. Richwoods won the second 17-7. Lyric Pendleton hit a 3 run homer for the Streaks.
