HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL
The Galesburg Silver Streaks got back in the win column Friday, picking up a big victory in the opener of the Streaks Invitational, 14-1 over North Boone. North Boone starter Mike Naqui hit six batters including four of the first five, which the Streaks took advantage of. The Streaks take on Normal U-High Saturday at noon.
ROWVA lost to Illini West at the Streaks Invite, 6-1. They'll play for 7th place Saturday, as the tournament continues.
Galesburg is at Canton in sophomore baseball Saturday.

HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL
ROWVA's Softball team dominated Bushnell-Prairie City/Avon Friday 32-1. ROWVA led 16-1 after three innings.
Saturday, Galesburg and North Fulton are at the "Spring Slam" at University of Illinois at Springfield.
