| ROWVA Grad Signs to Play Women's Basketball at CSC |
Carl Sandburg College women's basketball head coach Mike Bailey announced the signing of Courtney Eklund of Wataga, to the 2010-11 roster.
Eklund, a guard from ROWVA High School, averaged 8 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals per game during her senior season.
"She is going to be a combo guard for us," Bailey said. "We like her aggressive style of play. She is already in the gym working hard to improve her offensive skills. We are looking to her to be a nice part of the program."
