|Bulls and Cavaliers Set for Game One
|INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (AP) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers spent the past week resting for the postseason. The Chicago Bulls fought to get in, and with each other.
Now, the two teams will meet in the first round of the NBA playoffs, a best-of-seven series that appears to be a mismatch in Cleveland's favor. However, the No. 8-seeded Bulls went 2-2 against the Cavs during the regular season.
Earlier this week, Chicago forward Joakim Noah said the Bulls will "try to shock the world" and upset the Cavaliers. Noah didn't back down on Friday, saying that seeding doesn't mean anything.
The Cavaliers will have center Shaquille O'Neal back in the starting lineup for Saturday's Game 1. He missed 23 games with a thumb injury.
The Bulls will be glad to be back on the floor and not have to address reports that coach Vinny Del Negro and vice president of basketball operations John Paxson had a physical altercation after a game last month.
