| Nascar Doubleheader on Monday |
FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) -- Rain forced NASCAR to postpone its scheduled Sprint Cup and Nationwide doubleheader at Texas Motor Speedway until Monday.
The Sprint Cup race was called about 75 minutes because of persistent drizzle and an uncertain forecast the rest of the day. The race was rescheduled for Noon (Eastern) Monday, followed by the Nationwide race. Some 15 drivers are scheduled to run both races, meaning a potential of 801 miles.
