Streator handed ROWVA its first loss of the season 10-3. The Bulldogs (7-0) advance to the semifinal round Saturday against Galesburg (3-4). The Tigers (4-1) will play Pekin in the consolation round. Inclement weather resulted in the suspension of some of Friday's games. SATURDAY'S GAMES HAVE BEEN CANCELED because of the weather.
ALSO - GALESBURG HIGH SCHOOL'S SOPHOMORE BASEBALL GAME AT CANTON SATURDAY IS CANCELED BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER.

Brimfield-Elmwood beat Farmington 21-3 in five innings
Princeville downed Peoria Heights 8-4
Rushville-Industry stopped Lewistown 7-4

Galesburg lost to Sherrard 7-0, the Silver Streaks' second straight loss.
The Silver Streaks (4-3) managed just four hits against Tiger pitching while GHS pitcher Jessica Davison was touched up for 14 hits in a complete game. She struck out three and walked one.
Sydney Edwards, Amber Fields, Kelsey McKillip and Megan Young each went 1-for-3 at the plate for Galesburg.
THE STREAKS' VARSITY AND JUNIOR VARSITY DOUBLEHEADERS SATURDAY AT PEORIA RICHWOODS HAVE BEEN CANCELED DUE TO THE WEATHER.
The Galesburg junior varsity team lost to Sherrard 10-2. Amanda Kenney had two hits and scored a run for GHS (4-3).
Allison Mangieri pitched five innings and surrendered seven earned runs. Kaylee Mescher tossed the final two innings and gave up one earned run.
ROWVA beat Bushnell-Prairie City/Avon 5-1.
Grace Cleair gave up five hits and one run and struck out nine to earn the win for the Tigers. Corin Bodenhamer took the loss. She threw a complete game, giving up seven hits, walking three and striking out four. All five runs charged to her were unearned.
ROWVA had seven hits in the game. Ashly Remick went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs to lead the Tigers.
Farmington downed Canton 4-2
High School Track and Field
Bushnell-Prairie City/Avon-West Prairie swept the boys and girls track and field meets against four other teams in Bushnell.
B-PC-A-WP's boys team scored 198 points to win that meet. Mercer County finished second, 23 points behind the hosts. Camp Point Central/Southeastern was third, West Central fourth and South Fulton finished fifth.
B-PC-A-WP's girls team outscored Mercer County 181-144 to finish ahead of the Golden Eagles. Like the boys meet, Camp Point Central/Southeastern was third, West Central fourth and South Fulton finished fifth.
Illinois College beat Monmouth College 13-3 in the first game of a doubleheader. The second game of the twinbill was suspended in the 11th inning due to darkness with the teams tied at 4 apiece. That game will be resumed next Saturday at Illinois College prior to a regularly scheduled doubleheader.
Monmouth College swept a doubleheader against Illinois College 16-0 and 9-4
