Canuks GM Irate Ahead of Game 7 Against Chicago
VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) -- With the Vancouver Canucks in danger of exiting the playoffs and entering the history books, their general manager is blaming the referees.

Faced with a decisive Game 7 against the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday night, and the possibility of becoming just the fourth team in NHL history to blow a series after winning the first three games, Canucks President and General Manager Mike Gillis blasted the officiating as one-sided in the series.

Vancouver's players weren't willing to talk about Gillis' rant, instead taking a few positives away from a 4-3 overtime loss in Game 6 Sunday night after the Canucks were outscored 12-2 in the previous two games.

One more loss and they will have to answer for one of the worst collapses in league history following a record-setting, Presidents Trophy season as the NHL's top team.
