Blues Outplay Sharks on Special Teams
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- The St. Louis Blues and San Jose Sharks have been even teams at even strength, with both squads scoring four goals through three games.

The difference in this first-round series has been on the power play. The Blues have truly been a special team in those situations while the Sharks have been rather pedestrian. That's why second-seeded St. Louis leads this series 2-1 heading into Game 4 on Thursday night in San Jose.

The Blues scored three power-play goals in a 4-3 win in Game 3 and have scored five of their nine goals with the man advantage, striking with remarkable efficiency. The Sharks, on the other hand, have struggled to set up in the offensive zone and have just two power-play goals in 11 chances.
