ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Tiger Woods has added the British Open to his summer schedule. Woods has a chance to become the first player in the 150-year history of the British Open to win three times at St. Andrews, where golf's oldest championship will be held July 15-18. He added the British Open to the schedule on his website Monday. Woods, who withdrew from the final round of The Players Championship May 9th with a neck injury, also has the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach and the AT&T National at Aronimink on his schedule. He has yet to enter the Memorial, where he is the defending champion. (Copyright 2010 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) |
