High School Baseball
ROWVA beat Stark County 12-2
Knoxville lost a doubleheader to Havana 17-0 and 17-5
United downed Princeville16-8
Galva-Williamsfield defeated West Central 10-6
Rockridge beat Ridegwood 7-3
North Fulton split a doubleheader with Brimfield-Elmwood. The Indians won the first game 4-1 and the Wildcats took the finale 5-3
West Prairie lost to West Hancock 15-5
High School Softball
Galesburg's losing skid grew to five after the Silver Streaks lost at Rockridge 5-1. Sydney Edwards had one of Galesburg's four hits and the team's only run batted in. Jessica Davison took the loss while striking out six. The Galesburg junior varsity team lost to Rockridge 13-3.
Abingdon got a home run from Beep Jones and beat Bushnell-Prairie City/Avon 7-1. Kaitlyn Akers drove in the Spartans' lone run.
Stark County edged ROWVA 4-1. Grace Cleair led the Tigers with a double. She took the loss in the circle, surrendering three earned runs and striking out nine. Alex Nusz struck out 14 and allowed just one earned run to earn the win for the Rebels.
United's Katie Bertelsen struck out 18 and allowed only three hits and Sommer Foster homered as the Red Storm shut out Princeville 6-0
High School Track and Field
Bushnell-Prairie City-Avon-West Prairie's girls track and field team finished third behind Rushville-Industry and Elmwood at the Spartans Invite in Bushnell. United was fourth, Mercer County fifth and Knoxville sixth in the 15-team event.
