| Streaks Qualify for Finals in All Events at IHSA State Track & Field Meet |
Galesburg Silver Streak athletes have secured spots in the finals in all 5 events in which they qualified for the Class 2A State Meet.
Travon Diggins is the top qualifier in the long jump, Deandre Law had the second fastest qualifying time in the 400 meters and Demario Walker is the number three qualifier in the 300 hurdles. Both Streak relay teams, the 4 by 400 and 4 by 800 qualified for the finals as well.
The finals for all three classes will take place Saturday at Eastern Illinois University's O'Brien Stadium in Charleston. |
