AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL
Galesburg Post 285 split a double-header with Monmouth Saturday, losing game 1 7-5, but coming back in game 2 11-8. The two teams play in Monmouth Sunday for a double-header, starting at 1pm.
Also Sunday, Milan is at Oneida, then Milan takes on Pekin at Oneida, while Pekin takes on Oneida later in the day.

Free Fishing Days continues this weekend in Illinois. No State of Illinois fishing license is needed. Limits on fish caught, however, are still in effect. |
