| South African Retains Lead at British Open |
ST. ANDREWS, Scotland (AP) -- The man who had only made the cut one other time in eight previous majors is 18 holes away from winning the British Open in final round play today at St. Andrews.
Louis Oosthuizen posted a 3-under-69 yesterday and stands at minus-15 overall, four shots in front of Paul Casey. The Englishman shot a 5-under-67 in the third round.
Oosthuizen's third round included four birdies and a bogey.
Germany's Martin Kaymer is alone in third place at 8-under following a 4-under 68.
Tiger Woods had an up-and-down third round with three birdies and four bogeys. He shot a 1-over 73 and is 12 back of the leader at minus-3. Phil Mickelson shot a 70 and is 2-under overall.
