| Cubs Recall One RHP, Option Another |
CHICAGO (AP) -- The Chicago Cubs have recalled right-handed pitcher Jeff Stevens from Triple-A Iowa and optioned right-hander Mitch Atkins to the minor league club.
This will be Stevens' third stint with the Cubs this season. He is 0-0 with a 5.71 ERA in 17 relief appearances with the team.
Atkins is 0-0 with a 6.43 ERA in three relief outings for Chicago.
The team announced the moves Tuesday.
