However, the tourney field is very light, with only two teams taking part in the 9-year-old event, four teams in the 10-year-old bracket, and three teams in the 11-year-old tourney. Games will be played is this Thursday through Sunday.
The District 15 American Legion baseball tournament began today in Farmington. In the early game, Galesburg played Oneida, defeating them 10-8. Nick Foster was the winning pitcher. The second game has Canton playing the host Farmington. Galesburg will play again on Wednesday.
