Illini, Redbirds Looking for First Wins
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) -- By Saturday night, at least one of the two teams meeting at Memorial Stadium should have its first win.

Illinois and Illinois enter the 6 p.m. game after both losing their season openers.

The Illini fell 37-9 to Missouri last weekend after being favored to win.

Illinois lost starting receiver Arrelious Benn early in the contest. He should be back this week.

But they'll play with running back Mikel Leshoure. Illini head coach Ron Zook suspended him for violating team rules.

Illinois State lost its opener 31-6 to Eastern Illinois.

The Redbirds lost starting quarterback Drew Kiel in that one. Redshirt freshman Matt Brown will Start Saturday.
